Welding and structural work

Repairs and structural work for industrial plants

Aerts Electro Mechanics carries out welding and structural work on industrial plants, machinery and steel structures. Our certified welders handle repairs, reinforcements and structural modifications, either in our workshop or directly on our customers’ sites.

If you have parts that have worn, corroded, or been damaged by mechanical loads, we’ll repair them efficiently so they’ll be in good working order for years to come. That way, we keep your equipment safe and operational.

Our expertise in welding and structural work

  • Weld repairs to steel structures
We repair damaged metal parts and structures in industrial plants. If necessary, we’ll reinforce existing structures so that they can continue to operate safely.
  • Custom structural work
Our welders will carry out the structural work needed for the specific project. Depending on your needs, we can do the work in our own workshop or on site.
  • Repairs to worn or corroded parts
During inspections or maintenance, we sometimes find damage to metal parts – e.g. metal plates that are no longer as thick as they should be, or have rusted through. We’ll repair the structure with targeted welds so that it can be used safely and reliably again.
  • Rapid response
If a system is damaged unexpectedly, our teams can spring into action quickly. For example, during unscheduled downtime at one industrial plant, we repaired a skip bucket that had significantly lost its thickness, with parts of the base and sides rusting through. We installed new reinforcement plates to make the equipment safe and operational again.

Industry expertise for welding and structural work

Welding doesn’t just need technical expertise: our welders understand the structure of the machinery and how it works. At Aerts Electro Mechanics, our certified welders will ensure that the repairs and structural work they do are tuned to the practical needs in the industrial plant. We have extensive experience with maintenance and repairs in industrial environments and can respond quickly in situations where a structure needs to be modified, strengthened or repaired.
