2. The controller responsible for processing your personal data is Aerts Electro Mechanics. A declaration regarding the processing of your personal data has been submitted to the Privacy Commission. The Data Controller pays particular attention to protecting the privacy of its users and therefore undertakes to take all necessary and reasonable measures to protect the personal data of these persons against loss, theft, disclosure or unauthorized use.

Article 2 - Personal data

“Personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly.

   • commercial prospecting;
   • allowing the interests of the user to be better identified;
   • remembering your indicated preferences, with your explicit prior consent as legal basis;

   You are not obliged to disclose your personal data, but you understand that providing certain services becomes impossible if you refuse the processing.

   You have the right to access your personal data free of charge at any time, as well as the use we make of your personal data.

2. Right to rectification, erasure and restriction:

   You are free to decide whether or not to disclose your personal data to Aerts Electro Mechanics. In addition, you always have the right to request that we correct, complete or delete your personal data. You acknowledge that if you refuse to disclose personal data or request its deletion, certain services and products may not be provided.

2. Under no circumstances can Aerts Electro Mechanics be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the incorrect or unlawful use of personal data by a third party.
