For one of our clients, we were responsible for the design and installation of a filling hopper for a fertilizer dosing installation. The installation is used to dose different products in a controlled manner, after which they are further processed into a composed end product.
The filling hopper was fully developed according to the specific needs of the client. From an initial sketch to a complete 3D design, the project was technically engineered with a strong focus on practical usability, ease of operation and smooth integration within the existing installation. In addition, the construction was made interchangeable with other frames, providing extra flexibility during use.
The filling hopper is equipped with a manually operated shut-off valve with lever, allowing the operator to control the system easily and efficiently.
For the realization of the construction, we collaborated with a specialized partner, after which our technicians handled the installation and finishing on site. This allowed us to combine our expertise in engineering, practical execution and assembly within one complete project.
