For acustomer in the Port of Antwerp, Aerts Electro Mechanics upgraded the LED lighting on two Ship-to-Shore (STS) cranes. This modernization improved the lighting installation, resulting in lower energy consumption and better visibility during daily operations.
During the intervention, the existing light fixtures were carefully dismantled and replaced with new LED luminaires. After installation, our technicians completed all electrical connections before carrying out extensive testing to ensure the lighting system operated safely and correctly.
Following a successful inspection, both Ship-to-Shore cranes were safely returned to service.
