For our long-standing customer Triferto in Zwijnaarde, Aerts Electro Mechanics expanded the electrical installation to support new production lines. This expansion allowed the new equipment to be safely and efficiently integrated into the existing infrastructure.
The project started in our workshop with the assembly of the electrical control panels. Once completed, a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) was carried out to verify the correct operation of the panels before installation. The control panels were then installed and integrated on site.
Our technicians also installed the cable trays, routed the electrical cables, and connected all wiring to the electrical control panels and the new machinery. After completion, the entire installation was thoroughly inspected to ensure safe and reliable operation.
